Job Description Disclaimer: majority remote work, required on site support (possible travel over the time span of 1 week, per quarter) In this role the solution oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of technology solutions. Their day-to-day responsibilities will include. Providing strategic oversight to drive delivery across stakeholders, systems, and implementation teams. Oversee active implementation of CoStar and Serraview, currently in the configuration phase. Coordinate with supplier partner, internal IT, and GREF PMO to support globalization efforts. Identify risks and help define mitigation strategies. Guide project managers on executive-level reporting (e.g., milestone tracking, risks, deliverables). Translate complex technical or ambiguous topics into digestible summaries for internal/executive audiences. Collaborate with: Other Portfolio Managers, peer team business partners, IT, PMO, and executive leadership.
