Join our mission and be part of our 11,000-strong team dedicated to making self-care simple and accessible. **Role Purpose:** As a GBS Junior Closing and Reporting Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of CHC A2R GL accounting and closing and reporting processes at both local and GBS levels. **Key Responsibilities:** **Monthly Closing and Reporting** : Execute monthly closing activities and ensure timely corporate reporting. **Technical Accounting Support** : Provide functional and technical support across A2R processes and systems. **Compliance** : Ensure adherence to CHC/Corporate accounting policies, internal control guidelines, and audit/SOX requirements. **Process Improvement** : Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and standardization projects. **Data Management** : Manage A2R Master Data (PCoA, FA, ICO) and ensure data integrity. **Audit Support** : Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy. **Stakeholder Communication** : Collaborate with various teams, including Finance, Supply Chain, and other GBS departments, to ensure seamless operations. **Key Requirements:** **Educational Background** : Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent. **Experience** : 1-2 years in closing and reporting, preferably in an international, multicultural environment. **Technical Knowledge** : Proficiency in IFRS, local GAAPs, SAP ERP, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. **Analytical Skills** : Strong deductive and analytical abilities. **Attention to Detail** : Precision and accuracy in all tasks. **Communication Skills** : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. **Team Player** : Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. **Why Join Us?** + **Inclusive Culture** : We value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. + **Career Growth** : Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. + **Global Impact** : Be part of a team that makes a difference in the health and well-being of people worldwide. + **Innovative Environment** : Work with cutting-edge tools and technologies in a dynamic and supportive setting. **Apply Now!** Take the next step in your career and join us on our mission to make self-care simple and accessible for everyone.
