A/R Specialist
Adecco is seeking an **A/R Specialist** / **Associate Credit Representative** that will be responsible for collections, account management, and customer issue resolution for high-balance, complex accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in credit or finance. **What You’ll Do** + Manage collections and account activities to improve DSO and cash flow. + Build relationships with internal teams, sales, and external customers. + Investigate and resolve disputes, unapplied cash, and account discrepancies. + Use critical thinking to make order approval/hold decisions within credit policy. + Document customer processes and maintain accurate records. **What We’re Looking For** + Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. + 4+ years of experience in credit, accounting, or finance. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP/AS400 experience preferred. + Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-division environment. **Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
