Description We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented A/R Credit Collections Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role involves managing high-volume B2B accounts, ensuring accurate payment applications, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily order reviews and manage credit releases to ensure smooth account operations. • Conduct high-volume B2B collections, maintaining professionalism and efficiency in all interactions. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies such as misapplied payments, overpayments, and payments on account. • Maintain detailed records of cash applications and account activities to ensure accuracy. • Deliver exceptional customer service through both written and verbal communication channels. • Collaborate with internal teams to address billing issues and improve processes. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and reporting responsibilities. • Apply knowledge of enterprise systems such as SAP or S4Hana, if applicable. • Monitor credit limits and provide recommendations for adjustments based on account performance. Requirements • Strong knowledge of B2B collections processes and best practices. • Proficiency in cash application and billing functions. • Familiarity with credit management and financial analysis. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word. • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal. • Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP or S4Hana is preferred. • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
