Our client, in the Rockledge area, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior A/R experience, AA degree, proficiency using accounting related software/databases and strong problem solving skills. This position is onsite. 

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location: Rockledge, FL

Pay Range: $20 / hour

What's the Job?

Manage accounts receivable: client setup, invoicing, collections, Salesforce documentation. Field customer inquiries via email and phone. Process and post incoming payments in QuickBooks. Present A/R Aging report weekly to management. Reconcile weekly to ensure accurate payment posting.

What's Needed?

Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable collections. Proficient in MS Excel, QuickBooks, and Salesforce. Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
