Description Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist with hands-on experience using Yardi software. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and efficient, with the ability to manage vendor payments, invoice processing, and reconciliations in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: + Process a high volume of invoices in Yardi, ensuring accuracy and proper coding. + Match purchase orders and invoices; verify approvals and supporting documentation. + Prepare and process check runs and ACH payments. + Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner. + Reconcile A/P accounts and assist with month-end close activities. + Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. + Assist with year-end 1099 preparation and reporting. Requirements Qualifications: + 2+ years of recent A/P experience required. + Experience using Yardi software is a must. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting systems. + Prior experience in real estate or property management is a plus.
