**Job Title: A&P Mechanic $45-$55/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team at Davidson County Airport in Lexington, North Carolina. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing efficiency, safety, and operational performance across multiple platforms, while promoting a cooperative, safety-first work environment. Your primary responsibilities will include inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and documenting maintenance and modifications in compliance with 14 CFR regulations, manufacturer specifications, and our Repair Station Quality Control Manual. **Responsibilities** + Perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on turbine and turboprop aircraft. + Identify and correct mechanical and avionics issues using sound judgment and technical expertise. + Accurately log all maintenance actions to meet FAA and internal reporting requirements. **Essential Skills** + **Minimum of 8+ years of experience in maintaining turbine and turboprop aircraft.** + Substantial hands-on experience with Raytheon and Cessna Citation product lines. + Valid and current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License. + Strong understanding of 14 CFR Part 145 regulations and aviation safety standards. + Proficient in maintenance tracking programs such as Traxxall, Ebis, or CAMP **Work Environment** Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, North Carolina. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
