- Greensboro, NC

- Houston, TX

- San Antonio, TX

- Dallas, TX

- Indianapolis, IN

- Mesa, AZ

- Milwaukee, WI

- Orlando, FL

- Tampa, FL

This role is critical to our mission, so we are offering up to a $15,000 Sign On Bonus (Terms Conditions apply).

What you will be doing as an AP Mechanic (Various Shifts and Locations):

In this role, you can expect to perform licensed AP Mechanic work, including repairs, maintenance, overhaul, modifications, and troubleshooting, on Textron Aviation aircraft at various outlying service facilities. Join us to ensure the highest standards of aircraft performance and safety.

Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

Aircraft Diagnostics Repairs: Diagnose malfunctions, disassemble, repair, replace, and reassemble various aircraft systems to prepare for flight and deliveryComponent Maintenance: Repair or replace engine components and accessory items such as carburetors, fuel control units, and hydraulic pumpsInspection Modification: Perform 100-hour, annual, and progressive inspections, and modify aircraft systems and structuresFunctional Checks: Conduct functional checks, engine test runs, instrument tests, and preventive maintenance, including rigging and synchronizing throttlesTechnical Reporting: Maintain clear, concise, and accurate written reports in logs, inspection reports, and parts identification documentsTool Utilization: Use tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, and various hand tools to repair and modify systems or assemblies

What you need to be successful:

· A high school diploma or GED is required

· AP License is required

· A minimum of 3 years of Textron Aviation product knowledge (Cessna, Beechcraft, Hawker) is required

Please note that the Tampa and Dallas locations prefer a minimum of 5 years product experience

· Knowledge of arithmetic, blueprints, and specifications plus knowledge of jet and piston airframe and engine principles is required

· Knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems is required
