We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called **Best of Both** , requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home. No relocation support is offered for this role. **Core Responsibilities** + Lead the end-to-end development of a key commercial insights narrative, ensuring strategic alignment and impact across regional and global levels. + Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through a combination of advanced analytics and compelling storytelling. + Identify and scope opportunities where data and analytics can unlock commercial value, enhance decision-making, and improve efficiency. + Partner with cross-functional and regional teams to build cohesive, data-driven business narratives that support strategic priorities. + Navigate a dynamic data landscape with confidence, leveraging tools and platforms to deliver timely, high-quality analysis. + Combine strong commercial foresight with analytical expertise to surface growth opportunities and address complex business challenges. + Support senior collaborators with concise, data-driven insights and recommendations in monthly commercial performance reviews. **Do you have what it takes?** + **Strategic & Commercial Acumen:** Strong understanding of commercial levers and how to translate analytical insights into business impact. + **Analytical & Data Fluency:** Proficient in working with large datasets, drawing actionable insights, and applying advanced analytics techniques where relevant. + **Data Storytelling:** Ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling narratives tailored for different audiences — from regional teams to senior leadership. + **Stakeholder Management:** Proven experience in engaging and influencing cross-functional stakeholders across multiple levels and geographies. + **Project & Process Leadership:** Skilled in managing processes end-to-end with structure, clarity, and ownership — balancing long-term goals with day-to-day priorities. + **Tech & Tools Savviness:** Comfortable navigating tools like Power BI, Excel, SQL, Databricks or similar platforms to analyse and visualize data effectively. **Play your part in our team succeeding** Play a key role in shaping and executing advanced analytics strategies that drive global commercial performance.
