How you will create an impact + Act as a member of the Underwriting team + Responsible for monitoring planning, execution indicators monitoring and reporting for business criteria of A&H long-term business + Develop specific insight report to review indicators trend of long-term business by channel, product and benefit to support specific early warning signature to control risk loss ratios + Enhancement verification function to ensure data credibility to report to Regulatory Body such as FSS, KIDI on risk loss ratio as well as APAC, Global office + Added ownership for UW strategy through monitoring report for UW efficiency align with Sales efficiency. + This role needs ownership of indicators monitoring of overall A&H long-term business to make up strategic corrective action plan to control risk loss ratio + Co-work with Product development, Claims etc. for monitoring the performance of products + Develop UW remediation plan for new & existing product as needed. What you’ll need to succeed + 3+ years working experience in insurance industry, preferably in non-life insurance business + Strong analytical skills and proficient working knowledge of SQL, MS-Office + Working experience and knowledge for indicators monitoring, reporting for portfolio management + Demonstrated ability and collaborative skills to related business function as a Portfolio Analytics within cross-functional organization including IT business + Strategic thinking, collaborative working, opens to new idea learning, purpose in monitoring process, and focused on corrective action plan for solutions and problem solving + Plus experience working for Product & Actuary, UW, Claims business aligned to indicators early warning + Excellent communication skills in Korean, and English skills is a plus #LI-SK1 At AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
