Details of the position include: Title: Licensed Practical Nurse Program: Day Hab/Group Home Supervisor: House Manager Location: Clarksburg, MA Two Openings: Week 1: Sun, Thurs 3p-11p, Week 2: Mon, Fri, Sat 3p-11p Week 1: Sun, Wed, Fri, Sat 11p-7a, Week 2: Wed, Fri, Sat 11p-7a Start Date: Two weeks from offer POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Day Hab RN/LPN Relief is primarily responsible for providing various medical supports to individuals with disabilities in a Day Habilitation program. The RN/LPN provides medical treatment to individuals as needed and is responsible for recordkeeping and communicating with medical providers and advocating for the medical needs of the people we support. QUALIFICATIONS: Prefer someone who has experience in the direct care of the elderly or disabled. Ability to complete all initial and ongoing background checks. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Must maintain all certification needed in the program including LPN licensure, CPR, First Aid, and Human Rights Training.
