Job Description: Tyson Foods is seeking a skilled and motivated Utility Feed Batching Operator to join our dynamic team at our Storm Lake, IA facility. As a Utility Feed Batching Operator, you will play a crucial role in our poultry operations by ensuring the efficient and safe production of feed pellets. Your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining pellet production equipment, receiving orders, loading and dispatching trucks, and maintaining a safe work environment in accordance with Tyson policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate pellet production equipment, including pellet mills, grinders, mixers, and conveyors, according to established procedures and safety guidelines.Receive and process orders accurately and efficiently.Load trucks with feed pellets and dispatch them in a timely manner.Adhere to Tyson Foods' safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality production.Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of continuous employment with their previous employer.
Schedule:
3rd shift, Sunday thru Thursday, 10:00 pm to 6:30 am.
