**Job Title: 3rd Shift Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our team as a 3rd Shift Production Worker with a focus on manufacturing grout and concrete products. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic production environment, ensuring high-quality standards are met. The position involves a 3rd shift schedule from Friday to Sunday, 5 AM to 5:30 PM, with training scheduled from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM. **Responsibilities** + Measure and inspect products for defects and report any issues to supervisors. + Load, unload, and transport materials and finished products using a forklift. + Operate machinery safely and efficiently according to company guidelines. + Follow all safety regulations and workplace procedures. **Essential Skills** + Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. + Comfortable being cross-trained within multiple departments. + Competence in completing basic math and measuring tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working in a production environment is preferred. + Familiarity with general labor tasks and responsibilities. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, along with a 401K plan. Employees are required to wear steel-toed shoes, and personal protective equipment such as hard hats, safety glasses, and respiratory masks are provided. The position follows a 3rd shift schedule from Friday to Sunday, with training from Monday to Friday, and compensates at $22 per hour for a full 40-hour workweek. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Mirada, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
