Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Technical or Engineering degree preferred Prior management or supervisory experience and/or some supervisory training required Employee must be an active ETM or successfully become an ETM within one year of hire. Able to communicate and deal effectively with all levels of the organization Strong customer focus Uncompromising attitude toward safety, environment, health, and quality Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent leadership, organizational, and motivational skills Ability to handle employee and production issues in an efficient and professional manner Ability to initiate and implement change while gaining acceptance from employees Basic knowledge of Machine Division products and processes Basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, MES, SAP, and Apriso Knowledge of relevant company policies and procedures (anti-harassment, affirmative action, merit rating/PDS, etc)
