Temp-to-Hire position$22.00 to $30.00 /hourFull Time work availableThird Shift (Sunday through Friday from 10:00pm to 06:00am)Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled service on production equipmentRespond promptly to emergency repairs during production to minimize downtimePrepare and set up machinery for scheduled runsTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsRead and interpret equipment manuals, technical diagrams, and work ordersDocument all repairs, preventive maintenance, and work ordersEnsure compliance with OSHA Safety and Health standardsCollaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production needsWork overtime as required (with or without advance notice)3rd Shift Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
Associate degree or technical training preferred6 months–1 year of related experience in maintenance, or equivalent education/experienceStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsAbility to read and follow manuals, schematics, and safety documentsBasic math skills (algebra, geometry) and reasoning ability for troubleshootingComputer proficiency (Word, Excel, email)Ability to work independently and respond quickly to issues on the overnight shiftHigh commitment to safety and quality standardsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
