Temp-to-Hire position$25.00 /hourFull Time work availableThird Shift (Monday through Friday from 10:30pm to 07:00am)Perform troubleshooting, repair, & maintenance on production equipment, including mixers, ovens, conveyors, packaging lines, and refrigeration systems.Execute preventative maintenance tasks according to established schedules.Install new machinery & assist in the setup & calibration of food processing equipment.Conduct routine inspections to identify wear, damage, or safety hazards.Support building maintenance & general facility upkeep.Maintain accurate maintenance logs & documentation of all repairs and inspections.Monitor and respond to equipment alarms or emergencies during shift.Follow all safety procedures & ensure compliance with GMP & OSHA regulations.3rd Shift Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
Proven mechanical aptitude with experience in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently & prioritize tasks efficiently.Prior experience in food manufacturing or a production facility preferred.Must be able to work in varying temperatures & around industrial baking equipment.Bilingual (Spanish/English) Required.Able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work on ladders or elevated surfaces.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
