Temp-to-Hire position$25.00 to $28.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredThird Shift (11:00pm to 07:00am)PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCESupervise daily production or operational activities during assigned shiftsMonitor machinery and equipment performance; coordinate with maintenance as neededEnsure adherence to production schedules, safety protocols, and quality standardsAssign tasks and oversee the performance of operators, technicians, and laborersTrain and mentor employees on safety procedures, equipment use, and SOPsConduct pre-shift meetings and safety briefingsResolve on-site issues or escalate to supervisors/management when required3rd Shift Lead Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in a heavy industrial, manufacturing, or production environment1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in shift-based operationsStrong knowledge of industrial equipment and machineryBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practicesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings (if applicable)Proficiency with reporting tools or basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems)Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and critical-thinking under pressureTeam leadership and conflict resolutionTime management and multitaskingAbility to enforce rules while promoting a positive work cultureApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
