L.L.Bean is looking for a dedicated and experienced Frontline Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift team in the production of our iconic Boat & Tote bags. This is a year-round, full-time opportunity based at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Brunswick, Maine.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting frontline employees through effective communication, motivation, and performance coaching. You will also oversee training and development initiatives, ensuring team members are equipped to meet and exceed key performance goals.
