Job Description SummaryThe 3rd Shift Coach will be responsible for the operation and execution of the Auburn Operations. In this role you will lead and advance an engaged workforce within a high performing team environment. You will balance the day-to-day tactical operations associated with a traditional coach role while working with manufacturing and support teams to form strategic production control plans.

The role will be on-site only.

Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:Provide daily "shop floor" leadership with respect to EHS, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity to assigned teams (100% on time ATS/concern reports, CVP ownership, Aged WIP, FTY, etc.)Champion an inclusive team focused culture through shop op rhythms, KPI ownership and collaborative problem solvingProvide leadership in scheduling resources, technical leadership and facilitating the flow of hardware to meet customer requirementsPerform administrative duties including time & attendance, self-audits, disciplinary procedures etc.Collaborate with other functional teams to ensure requirements are met (including quality, cost, scope & cycle)               Coach and develop employees to support individual performance development as well as Ops Tech Associates           Support initiatives to achieve goals in asset utilization and process improvementSolve problems, set direction, eliminate waste, own visual management            

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a High School Diploma/GED with minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience)
