Position Overview:
The Global Tools & Storage (GTS) division of SBD, which drives $10B of the total $14B business, is currently seeking a 3D/Motion Graphic Designer. This position will report to the Creative Manager, as part of the Global Customer Experience (GCX) team. This role will focus on product launch imagery and animation material to aid launches and help showcase & benefit animations within our design team and support our many brands' e-commerce, social media, and digital advertising strategy.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a self-motivated, strategic thinker who enjoys creative problem solving while working closely with the brand, e-commerce, social media, and digital advertising strategy to create world-class digital motion graphic experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong design aesthetic with the ability to visually communicate a message clearly and creatively. This individual should be comfortable ideating, executing, and producing design deliverables for web, email, social, and digital advertising.
Responsibilities:
Create photo-realistic product imagery and enhanced feature & benefit animations within our global design team.Continue to build the Library of Materials (Keyshot, Redshift), Environments, and Virtual Sets, and to improve our processes utilizing the latest software tools and technology.Own the quality and consistency in the visualization of our global products' imagery and animation - used at the point of sale, packaging, e-commerce, and social media.Support a significant portion of our design team’s product launch imagery and animation material to aid launches and help showcase our products around the world.Collaborate with designers, copywriters, web content specialists, and brand marketing team to create exciting new animations and engaging content for all our brands.Ability to self-manage projects and deliverables working remotely.Creative storytelling and storyboarding to outline the objectives of the creative brief and project needsRequirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in design, Motion animation or relevant field preferredMinimum of 2-years of progressive experience in this field.A creative thinker, and communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of working in a multidisciplinary team, able to work remotely with Great time management.The candidate must demonstrate knowledge and experience in computer rendering, be proactive in their approach, lead and manage deliverables and multiple deadlines.Objective and responsive to team feedback.Amazing rendering and animation skills in any of the following software packages: - Adobe Creative Suite, included After Effects, Cinema 4D, Redshift, Keyshot, Blender, CATIA or other 3D CAD software’s an advantage.Have an exemplary level of attention to detail and consistency in imagery delivered, championing a consistent look to our products.We Don’t Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too.
