As our 340B Partnerships Manager, you will help federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) and safety net hospitals optimize their 340B programs, an essential initiative that ensures care for uninsured and underinsured populations.
You will be responsible for managing relationships with our pharmacy partners and third-party administrators (TPAs), driving operational efficiency, and helping clients maximize program benefits. You’ll also work cross-functionally to track, document, and enhance processes that drive the success of our partnerships.
To thrive in this role, you must be flexible and adaptable, combining strategic thinking with hands on execution to manage external partnerships and track, analyze, and report on various metrics.
Here’s what you will experience working as a Partnerships Manager:
Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmacy and TPA partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and partnership optimization; build new partnerships with executive support.
Document and refine data and business process workflows, standardizing best practices for external partner interactions.
Maintain exceptional attention to detail, tracking multiple moving parts to ensure nothing is overlooked while keeping a clear view of broader partnership goals and impacts.
Navigate and resolve complex, ambiguous situations, applying sound judgment and problem-solving skills to drive optimal outcomes for clients and partners.
Track key partnership metrics, monitor outstanding issues, and present insights to internal and external stakeholders; proactively identify and resolve operational challenges with partners to maximize client success.
Provide guidance on partner setups and configurations, ensuring compliance with 340B regulations.
Required Skills:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Work experience in management consulting or healthcare where you partnered with department leaders and managed projects to optimize business outcomes
Ability to report, analyze and derive insights from data using Microsoft Excel
Ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and in presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to all levels of an organization from technical audiences to executives
Ability to translate data insights into action items, prioritize tasks, proactively solve problems, and execute efficiently
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $115,000.00 - $167,640.70 per year .
