340b Analyst Position Summary
The 340B Analyst will support system-wide compliance with the 340B Drug Pricing Program, working in collaboration with the Pharmacy Business/340B Coordinator. This position requires a high level of analytical skill and attention to detail, with a focus on data review and process evaluation to ensure program integrity and regulatory adherence. The Analyst will be responsible for identifying control deficiencies, recommending improvements, and optimizing compliance with all applicable 340B regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. This hands-on role will play a key part in preparing for and supporting internal audits, as well as audits conducted by HRSA/OPA, manufacturers, and third-party payers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter capable of independently conducting operational, financial, and compliance audits of moderate to high complexity. Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to success in this role.

EDUCATION:
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pharmacy is required; a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or IT field may be considered in lieu of pharmacy experience.
LICENSURE:
Attainment and maintenance of 340B Apexus Certified Expert (340B ACE) certification required within the first 2 years of hire
