Roles and Responsibilities
· Executes necessary tasks in maintaining the reference files based on set guidelines
· Researches and reviews product reference information with the use of internet
· Updates and maintains product reference database
· Provides regular updates to local office for deliverables
· Performs regular review of all product reference extracts
· Provides accurate and complete outputs for all reports according to timeline
· Participates in projects and process improvements
· Works and communicates with other departments
· Liaise with Support teams to perform data fixes
· Provides and analyze query resolutions and inputs
List of required skills for this role:
· MS Office computer skills
· Pharmacy or health sciences-background preferred
· Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English or language of the country supported, but not required
· High analytical skills
