At First Student, we take pride in maintaining a safe, reliable fleet of school buses and vehicles. We’re currently seeking a licensed 310T Truck and Coach Technician to join our Caledon East team. If you’re passionate about vehicle maintenance and want to work in a supportive, safety-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.

 ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and repairs on school buses and other fleet vehiclesDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issuesConduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with Ministry of Transportation standardsComplete work orders and documentation accuratelyMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with the shop team and supervisor to prioritize tasksRespond to road service calls when neededStay current with new technologies and participate in ongoing training

QualificationsValid 310T Truck and Coach Technician license (required)Experience with diesel engines, air brakes, and electronic systemsStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic computer skills for work order entryCommitment to safety and attention to detail
