TalentWorld is hiring a licensed 310T Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic in the Guelph area. This is a hands-on position with a company that values mechanical skill, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship on the shop floor.

310T Mechanic Responsibilities:

Perform and lead Preventative Maintenance tasks Diagnose mechanical issues and identify root causes Interpret schematics and blueprint drawings Coordinate necessary repairs and organize parts

310T Mechanic Qualifications:

310T Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic license (Certificate of Qualification) Knowledge of heavy-duty equipment safety and performance standards Hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Experience with Gentry and Overhead Cranes considered an asset Comfortable using CMMS and basic computer systems Able to operate forklifts, front-end loaders, and cranes

Employment Details:
