Your role will focus on enhancing our projects and daily operations with fresh perspectives while_ _assisting_ _with various tasks that keep our teams thriving._ **Core** **responsibilities** + Assistwith day-to-day operations: Support the team with various administrative tasks, including planning, communication, andlogisticsfor courses/programs (course setup, tracking, and measuring). + Project support: Collaborate with our teams on new learning program development and help build and execute communication plans. + Reporting and evaluation: Collect andanalysereports on program satisfaction andimpactto ensure continuous improvement. + Technicalproficiency: Familiarity with SharePoint and Workday, as well asproficiencyin video and podcast development, would be a plus. + Share fresh ideas: Participatein team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas to improve projects and streamline operations. ​ **Do you have what it takes?** + You must be enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a Student Worker. + Your field of study should be relevant to one of our Skills Teams, such as Marketing, Design, Digital/IT, Communications, Business Administration, or other related topics. + Strong communicationand collaboration skills are essential, asyou’llbe working with multiple stakeholders across the business. + Fluency in English isrequired. + The opportunities are based in Billund.
