Our client, a leader in wire and cable distribution, is seeking a 2nd shift Machine Operator/Wire Spooler & Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Distribution Warehouse team supporting operational excellence and premier customer service. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator – Wire Spooler & Forklift Operator
Location: New Berlin, WI
Pay Range: $17.00/hour

What’s the Job? Operate small and large (TULSA) respooling machines to convert inventory into customer-ready products. Use SAP software and tools (RF Scanner, Caliper, micrometer) to validate orders and materials. Safely operate forklifts including cherry picker, stand-up reach truck, and sit-down models. Prepare packaging and ensure unused product is returned to inventory. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area in accordance with 5S standards.What’s Needed? Previous machine operation or production experience. Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently. Own transportation (not located on a bus line).
