This position is responsible for managing and supervising team members during any shift. Its responsibilities include organizing and utilizing resources like employees, materials, and equipment. The position assists in daily production duties as they relate to safety and quality standards, collaborates with other departments within the organization, including quality control, supply chain, other production departments, production leadership, and human resources.
