Supervise and motivate production teams across multiple lines

Ensure daily performance reporting and accurate documentation

Lead training on safety, quality, and good manufacturing practices (GMP)

Manage equipment changeovers and support cost-reduction initiatives

Promote continuous improvement and uphold 6S workplace standards

Maintain and troubleshoot equipment as needed

Enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety policies

Working hours: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Skills:
5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor

Familiarity with 5S and continuous improvement practices

Proficiency with various machines, tools, and assembly equipment

Strong leadership and team development abilities

Education:
High School

1-4 years

Qualifications:

Ability to perform standard math calculations
