Temp-to-Hire position$17.50 to $20.00 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Thursday from 03:30pm to 02:00am)Perform MIG welding on wire and light-gauge metal componentsFollow blueprints and welding instructions to produce accurate, clean weldsInspect work for quality, accuracy, and weld consistencyOperate grinders, clamps, and other shop tools as neededMaintain a safe and organized work area while adhering to company safety protocols2nd Shift MIG Welder (Temp-to-Hire) Qualifications:
MIG welding experience required (minimum 6 months preferred)Ability to read basic blueprints and use measuring toolsMust pass a hands-on weld testStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyReliable attendance and a solid work ethicApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
