Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Sunday through Thursday from 05:00pm to 05:00am)Operate furnaces, induction heaters, forklifts, and overhead cranes.Handle raw materials and feed them into process equipment.Perform sampling and basic lab tests to ensure product quality.Maintain accurate production logs and follow SOPs.Assist with cleaning, inspections, and minor equipment maintenance.Support safety and continuous improvement initiatives.2nd shift Metals ProductionOperator Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.Strong attendance record.Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.Comfortable in high-temperature/industrial environments.Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).Strong communication and time management skills.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
