2nd shift Mechanical Assembler 
Pay rate: $20/HR
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00am overtime on Fridays (Training is on first shift)

We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler for a Full-time, Temp-to-hire position for our client, a manufacturer specializing in boilers located in Rochester, New Hampshire. The Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for assembling boilers, including building heat exchangers, sub-assemblies, wiring, testing, and crating. The Mechanical Assembler should have a solid understanding of basic hand tools and assembly blueprints. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position located in Rochester, New Hampshire.


As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for:

Ability to work multiple substations of boiler assembly, including the building of heat exchangers, sub-assemblies, wiring, testing, and crating

Use a variety of tools, including manual and air-powered wrenches and screwdrivers

Read and interpret work instructions

Ensure product is built to specifications and meets quality standards



The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

High School Graduate

1+ Year of Manufacturing and/or Assembly Experience

Ability to work with hand tools 

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Basic Math Skills
