2ND SHIFT LOAD PLANNER (LOADING DOCK)
Description Position at JBS USA

2rd Shift Load Planner Loading Dock   HOURS: 2nd shift 2:30pm to 11:30pm– flexible as needed Saturday hours as needed/required   JOB DESCRIPTION: Entering orders to ship to chiller Organizing orders to chiller in folder in loading dock. Must make sure all are picked for the next day & put in the right folder. Clicking cooler\freezer loads out of YMS Check inventory received and make adjustments if needed Shipping out loads in FGI (withdrawals) Dispatch loads in and out of dock doors Provide information on product and load status to carriers, shag service and production management Manage trailer inventory (assigning, changing etc.) Check product rotation Plan future dated load activity Run out-by-time reports for corporate and product management Log trailers behind plant for start up Assist loading dock in other needs for remainder of time   QUALIFICATIONS: Computer literate Excellent telephone skills High school diploma or GED required Communication skills – written and verbal Proficient with 10 key calculator Self-starter Knowledge of our industry Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills Team player Good attendance record Resume required  REQUIRED: Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation   FOR SALARIED ROLES: As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations.
