The JBS Pork team is seeking a 2nd Shift Kill Floor General Foreman. Job Summary: Supervise, evaluate and direct production employees on shift in performing operations according to policies and procedures Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes Duties/Responsibilities: Supervise, evaluate and direct production employees on shift in performing operations according to policies and proceduresRegular contact with USDAStimulate maximize safety, efficiency, quality and productivity of production employeesEnsure proper training of employeesMonitor and confirm that machinery, equipment and facilities are properly maintained and sanitized for efficient productionWork closely with other production supervisors and management to promote efficiency and teamwork in the departmentMust have overall knowledge of the Cut Floor Operation and the industrySupervise, evaluate, and direct personnel on shift in performing operations according to sound operating principles an company policies and proceduresStimulate maximum safety, efficiency, and productivity of production workers; ensure proper training of employeesArrange to have appropriate production records prepared and maintained Attend meetings as scheduled or called.
