Your Mission:
A safe and hazard-free workplace environment is critical to our company’s success. The Scrubber Operator will assist the team by maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse and personal work areas in order to provide a world class warehouse environment. Schedule is Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12am. Pay is $19.04 an hour plus a pay differential of $1.00 for working nights.
Main Activities
Perform daily inspections of the M30 and maintain the equipment as requiredMaintain the warehouse floors with the M30 Floor CleanerMaintain the M30 Floor Cleaner, performing routine tasks as neededReplacing and/or adjusting brushes and squeegees as neededclean out the dry and wet storage tanks Change out propane fuel tank for the M30 as needed, following proper proceduresClean throughout the warehouse as needed to maintain a clean and orderly facility (ie – racking, guardrails, dock doors)Clean dock doors and behind risers on a quarterly basis or as neededPerform spill clean ups as needed, following proper proceduresMaintain areas around the trash compactors and open top dumpstersRemove trash from designated locations/areas as directedOperate trash compactors as neededClean restrooms or breakrooms as neededPerform general maintenance task as requested Other duties as assigned by the Facility ManagerMaintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area Maintain excellent attendanceDevelop and maintain a positive work attitude Participate in an environment of continuous improvement

Your Education and Experience:
Required:
H. S. Diploma or equivalentRead and speak English Basic math skills Basic computer skills, e.g. PC, MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel), RF scanners
Preferred but not Required:
Previous custodial experiencePrevious floor scrubber equipment operations experience
Your Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately so that the requirements of this position can be fully met. Physical activity includes walking, standing, bending, squatting, reaching above shoulders and lifting up to 50 lbs.Performs activities in a warehouse environment. May be subject to changes in temperature and exposure to dust.
