Temp-to-Hire position$17.50 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Thursday from 03:30pm to 12:00pm)Operate diecast machines to produce aluminum parts to customer specificationsMonitor and adjust machines during operation to ensure quality standardsPerform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues on equipmentInspect parts for defects and ensure compliance with quality guidelinesMaintain a clean and safe work environment2nd Shift Diecast Operator Qualifications:
Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferredMachine operation or diecast experience is a plusAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to safetyReliable attendance and teamwork are essentialApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
