SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for entry of the data collected by the QA/Operations/Maintenance departments as well as; document review/control, audit assignment and non-compliance reporting.
RESPONSBILITIES:
Knowledge of Plant policies procedures, and operationsEntering of data into the computer system including; audits, defect rate, failures, non-compliances, and downtimeDocument review and controlCreating and updating reports including graphsConducting safety and/or facility auditsExcellent attention to detailAbility to pass a comprehensive training period.Must be able to work independently and as a team to make decisionsOther specific duties as requiredAbility to work overtime as requiredREQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience: Office and customer service experience preferred
Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills; MS Word, Excel Database, and e-mail
Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively. Ability to hear spoken instructions in order to carry out directions
