This is a hands-on role ideal for detail-oriented professionals who take pride in quality and craftsmanship. You’ll be working in a clean, climate-controlled environment, producing tight-tolerance, low-volume parts on world-class CNC OD/ID grinding equipment. Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC OD/ID grindersInterpret blueprints and process sheets to machine to exact tolerancesConduct in-process and final inspections using micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision instrumentsMaintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelinesCollaborate with a small, skilled team to produce high-precision parts Qualifications and Requirements:Experience in CNC OD/ID grinding with the ability to hold tolerances within .0002"Proficiency with micrometers, bore gauges, and comparatorsAbility to read and interpret GD&T and engineering blueprintsManual grinding experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Benefits and Perks:Pay Rate: $20.00/hourMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance optionsWeekly PayOpportunities for training and career advancement Your New Organization:You’ll be part of a respected, high-end machine shop in Solon, OH, known for its low-volume, high-complexity parts serving aerospace, medical, and defense industries.
