If so, Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is assisting a large national pharmaceutical client in their search to add **HYBRID Call Center/Customer Service Representatives** to their team in Cary, NC! **APPLY NOW!!!** **Schedule** Upon hire you will work full-time on 2nd shift, Tuesday-Saturday (Tuesday-Friday 11:30am-8pm, Saturday 9am-6pm). **Pay Rate** The wage for this position is between $18 and $20.40. Hourly wage is dependent upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. **What you'll be doing:** + Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule medication delivery and payment so that accurate information is included in their profile and distribution can successfully send their package in a timely manner. + Respond to customer inquiries when appropriate or routes calls to the appropriate staff to ensure prompt resolution/customer satisfaction. + Run medical claims and update concise progress notes. + Answer questions regarding refill needs, provide status of pending/shipped prescriptions, verify insurance information and provide copies of invoices upon request. + Answer patient questions and concerns during refill scheduling and transfer to the clinical team (pharmacists and nurses) when appropriate + Identify and report adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs) to clinicians to ensure patient’s safety + Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** + HS Diploma or equivalent + Minimum 1 year experience in Call Center setting + Medical knowledge and terminology + Experience working with management information systems Click on **_apply now_** for instant consideration! **_Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
