Job Title: Industrial Blaster/Painter

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour + 10% Shift Differential

What You’ll Do:Accept only parts that are properly prepared for paint to ensure the best resultsManually move parts through the painting, flashing, and drying sectionsTake charge of the entire painting process, including:Mixing paints and solvents exactly as specifiedOperating automated mixing equipment with confidenceApplying liquid paint using both electrostatic and traditional paint gunsEnsuring parts spend the right amount of time in flashing and drying stagesInspecting your work and fixing any imperfectionsCleaning and flushing paint and solvent systems to keep everything running smoothlyMaintain all paint equipment in top condition, coordinating with maintenance as neededKeep your work area clean, organized, and safeSupport other areas of the paint line when neededFollow all safety protocols and company policies to protect yourself and your teamWhat We’re Looking For:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive, physically demanding workComfortable wearing respirators and protective gearSharp attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanshipAble to follow clear verbal and written instructionsA motivated self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
