Spherion is hiring for 2nd Shift Assembly Workers in Burgettstown. The pay rate for the Assembly position is $17.50-$19.50 an hour. The Assembly position is Monday through Thursday 3:30pm-2am with OT always available on Friday. This is a full-time position where you will be assembling wooden crates with hand and power tools.

Assembly Workers will be responsible for assembling and packaging crates along with smaller pieces.

Responsibilities:

Assemble wooden crates with power and hand tools according to specificationsEnsure high-quality craftsmanship while strictly following all safety protocolsConsistently meet or exceed production targetsOperate computer systems and scanners to manage work ordersDemonstrate flexibility by assisting in other departments and working overtime to meet business needs

Education: No formal education required.

Experience: 6 months

Physical:

Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

Skills:

Must be able to use hand tools efficientlyMust be able to work in a safe manner
