**Who we are** Our client is specialized in transport optimization systems for truck fleets across a range of industries like waste, recycling, postal service, oil and building materials. Their solutions cover: Static optimization of master plans and routes & Dynamic planning and execution of daily or weekly plans. **What you'll be doing** + Analyze production issues using logs, stack traces and exception details + Reproduce bugs in test environments to identify root causes + Make small changes in configurations or databases + Respond to system monitoring alerts + Assess severity and prioritize incident handling + Work with non-technical support teams to explain technical issues in simple terms + 2nd level support + Recreation of issues + Config changes – /UI/Regex + C#/Style sheet changes + Create dev requested into the core product + Data changes – updated through UI or Swagger + Highlight training issues + Requirements gathering + Upgrade – run play book **What you'll bring along** + Bachelor’s degree in Informatics/ or similar field of study/or equivalent working experience is required + A minimum of 3-7 years demonstrable experience in a similar role is required + Previous experience with .NET + Deep understanding of web applications + Experience with Jenkins/ Continues Delivery + Very good English & German communication skills + You are an analytical thinker, with a logical approach to solutions and problem solving **What’s in it for you** ✔ New beginnings can be a challenge.
