Supervise the Compositing team in all creative efforts, ensuring the established style is followed and maintained throughout production. 

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment and assigning compositing tasks. Ensure the composting integrates seamlessly into the production’s overall style and contributes to the atmosphere and narrative. Review and approve artwork before submission and communicate retakes as needed. Address any creative or technical challenges related to compositing and ensure that solutions align with the overall production goals. Ensure deadlines and milestones are met as set by the Line Producer, Series Director, and Production department. Work with other departments to maintain continuity across production. Share knowledge and participate in department meetings, ensuring alignment with overall project goals. Assist in recruiting and hiring team members as needed for the project.
