BCBAs are responsible for creating an environment of trust with the families we serve, designing and overseeing behavior intervention plans specific to individual needs, supervising and mentoring Paraprofessionals and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), while ensuring high-quality ABA services are provided to clients.
