The Phelps-Clifton Springs Central School District has an opening for a Modified Boys Volleyball Coach (2025-2026). The successful candidate will need to: + Demonstrate a visible commitment to student athletes, community, and instructional leadership while promoting positive character; + Demonstrate a strong commitment to the development of the student athlete physically, mentally, and as a leader; + Have innovative ideas in and out of season for staff development, strength training, and fundraising; + Demonstrate the ability to maintain professional relationships to work cooperatively and collaboratively with other coaches, students, teachers, parents, and administrators; + Demonstrate high energy and enthusiasm; + Demonstrate the ability to make decisions in the best interest of students; + Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of making each student feel valued; + Be an ambassador for our athletic program; + The successful candidate should have a clear understanding of what education-based athletics is about and the life skills that can be taught through Athletics.
