What is the opportunity?
We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Developer to join the Customer Data Management team as part of the Early Data Talent Program. As part of the team, you will receive excellent opportunities to gain hands-on experience with real-world business problems, be challenged to resolve complex tasks, and provided with valuable on-the-job trainings. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about using data to drive business decisions and inform strategic initiatives. Through this 8-month internship, you will have the chance to develop your skills in data science, cloud data engineering and application backend development. Additionally, you will have access to mentorship, training, and networking opportunities to support your career growth and development. What will you do?
Partner with developers, product managers, and analysts to ensure accurate data collection across marketing and product initiatives.Integrate marketing and analytics platforms (GA4, Snowplow etc.) via server-side GTM.Maintain GTM container hygiene (naming conventions, versioning, cleanup, documentation).Stay current with privacy regulations and ensure tracking aligns with consent frameworks (e.g., OneTrust)What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
Proficiency with JavaScript fundamentals (variables, functions, DOM interactions) for custom HTML tags and server-side logic.Working knowledge of HTTP requests, headers, cookies, and query parameters.Experience debugging with Chrome DevTools, and network inspection tools.Ability to translate business/marketing requirements into accurate, privacy-compliant tracking implementations.Attention to detail with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Nice-to-have:
Familiarity with analytics platforms (GA4, Snowplow, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS)Understanding of consent management platforms (CMPs) like OneTrust, and data governance practices.Knowledge of server-side tracking patterns (data enrichment, transformation)What’s in it for you?
