What will you do? Leverage Ownr’s product platform and RBC banking tools to create business deposit accounts online and book appointments for the clientsConnect with Ownr entrepreneurs via customer engagement software - Intercom - to convey any technical issues with their business deposit account applicationsIdentify potential issues and communicate it back to the team to reduce impact to user experienceMust have:
Proficient computer skillsThe ability to successfully work in a self-directed manner and strong time management skills to manage workloadAn excitement to propose new things and iterate on executionThe ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple and effective manner while working with sensitive client informationNice to have :
Knowledge of business processes and organizational structuresInterest in technology and building innovative online solutionsData entry experience in a fast-paced growing organizationPlease note: This posting is for a 8-months Winter 2026 Student placement with a start date of January 2026, and end date of August 2026.
