2026 Spring Engineering Co-Op

What is the role about? 

As a co-op participant, you’ll fully integrate into our team, facing real-world challenges and gaining valuable industry insights over 14-16 weeks. Our goal is to provide you with the resources for growth and create a meaningful experience that benefits both you and our organization. 

Which tasks will you perform? 

Integrate fully into our team, contributing to projects that drive personal and professional growth.  Engage in full-time assignments across various engineering roles, gaining hands-on experience.  Tackle impactful projects that offer real-world challenges and valuable insights into engineering and business practices.  Collaborate with team members and mentors to develop both technical and soft skills.  Participate in professional development opportunities, including LinkedIn certifications and networking.  Work autonomously on assigned projects and assignments, receiving regular feedback to support continuous improvement.  Engineering Co-ops are available in the following departments:  Customer Excellence - This department supports customers and sales teams with technical product and application expertise before and after sales. Co-ops will gain hands-on technical experience with our product portfolio and collaborate with Sales and Product and Application Engineering teams. This co-op is ideal for the engineer student who wants to gain experience in customer relations and business operations.  

What do we expect from you? 

You will be (required):  

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field  Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. 

You may have (preferred):  

Fulfilling a co-op requirement as part of academic coursework  Ability to collaborate effectively across functions  Strong networking and relationship-building skills  A strong enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge and embracing fresh challenges  Exhibit a proactive attitude and a readiness to take ownership
