We are thrilled to share this fantastic opportunity for two students to join the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) PR team on a 12-month placement. This placement is ideally suited to a student with a passion for internal and external communications.
From day one, you will be fully integrated into Team Hilton. Our placements offer vast exposure and opportunities, including networking with senior executives, involvement in regional conferences and for some, international travel.
Based in our EMEA headquarters, Watford, you will be part of a cohort of 50 Interns and take part in regular connect meetings and feedback sessions designed to support your development. You will benefit from a subsidised restaurant, a games area and a free in-house gym.
The Opportunity
Join our EMEA Communications team and support a wide range of internal, external, and corporate affairs activities, including PR, ESG/CSR, and Government Affairs.
Coordinate internal and external campaigns (e.g. hotel openings, CSR initiatives, Great Place To Work rankings).Draft content such as executive memos, intranet articles, press releases, Q&As, and spokesperson briefs.Support press office activity, managing media enquiries and reputation protection.Create and share campaign performance reports across teams.Maintain communications calendars and assist with creative content (e.g. video, social media).Provide general organisational support and help plan Team Member events.Why choose us?

A strong sense of alignment to our culture and values. A current Bachelor’s or Master’s student studying a degree with a focus on Communications, PR, or English - with a required 12-month year in industry placement as part of your degree. Availability to start 13th of July 2026, full-time, for a 12-month placement. Eligibility to work in the UK. If you are a non-UK national, without EU Settled or Pre-Settled Status then you will need to be studying at a UK university to be eligible to undertake a placement here. Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing). A keen interest in PR & communications (both internal and external) as well as travel and hospitality.
