Assist with full cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing candidates, conducting and scheduling interviews, creating offers, background checks/drug screens, onboarding, and orientationResponsible for entry and maintenance of HRIS dataManages all new hire paperwork including employee files, I-9s, etcAssist with the coordination of employee engagement activitiesManages transactions within the learning management systemAssist with general employee questions regarding pay, benefits, policies, etcDocuments and prepares required reportsKautex is a global company with over 30 plants in 13 countries.
